Application Process

Full-time Freshmen & Transfer Applicants

A Student’s intent to enroll will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee once the following items are submitted:

  • Application for Admission
  • Official transcripts and disciplinary/attendance records from prior two (2) academic years
  • High School Placement Test (HSPT) score.
  • Academic progress report for current semester/quarter
  • One (1) Letter of Recommendation 
  • Up-to-date Immunization Records

Official Transcripts: Please ensure you sign the section entitled “Authorization to Release Records” in the application. If your child’s school requires a separate document to release transcripts, please complete the “Transcript Request Form” (attached below) and submit this directly to your child’s school.

High School Placement Test: The HSPT will take place on December 10, 2021 at Machebeuf High School. You can take the HSPT at a discounted rate when you take the test at Bishop Machebeuf. HSPT is required for incoming freshmen only.

Important Information & Deadlines

Priority Application Deadline
Please submit your completed application with all required documents by our application deadline, Friday, December 11, 2021.

Admissions Decisions
Priority admission decisions will be released on Friday, February 11, 2022.

Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year
Registration for the 2022-2023 school year begins February 14, 2022.
