How Do I Make Tuition Payments?

Families pay tuition using the FACTS tuition payment system. Payments are withdrawn automatically from a family’s checking or savings account, or they can be charged automatically to a credit card (when families choose to pay via credit card, they are charged an additional monthly processing fee by FACTS). Families may choose to pay tuition in one payment, prior to the first day of school, two payments, quarterly (four) payments, or ten payments (first payment in August), eleven payments (first payment in July), or twelve payments (first payment in June).

To set up their tuition payment account, families create a Family Portal account in the FACTS Student Information System, then select a payment plan and enter their banking or credit card information. A fee is charged by FACTS upon selection of the payment plan. The fee varies from $20 to $50, depending on the payment plan selected.

How Do I Get Tuition Assistance?

Bishop Machebeuf High School offers a strong tuition assistance program which is based on a family’s needs and circumstances. All families who would like to be considered for tuition assistance must apply through FACTS Grant & Aid by the financial aid application due date. Families complete the application for tuition assistance and submit their most recent Federal tax return and W-2s in FACTS Grant & Aid. No tuition assistance will be awarded to families who do not complete this application.

All families must pay a minimum tuition for their student to attend Machebeuf. No full tuition scholarships are awarded.

The priority deadline to apply for tuition assistance for the 2024-2025 school year is February 1, 2024. Families who meet the deadline will be notified of their tuition assistance award by letter and email. Late applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition assistance for late applications is contingent on funds being available after the first round of financial aid awards.
